I hadn’t realized that I didn’t update my blog on my skincare routine in forever until I started writing this blog. I always love to try new products and update my routine accordingly. My skin is constantly changing depending on the time of year, the amount of work I have, the amount of stress I am under, my social life, etc. Basically, you can probably tell exactly what I am going through just by looking at my skin.
I feel like I use to have pretty good skin, aside from blackheads, until I went abroad my junior year of college. My skin bugged out and I got really bad acne and still have some scarring from it on my cheeks. Trying to hide it never worked for me. I have combination skin which means I either get really oily and try to use products to dry me out or I am too dry and “cakey” looking and over compensate with too much moisture. Something I just recently learned is that just because your skin is oily doesn’t mean you have oily skin. Sometimes your skin is too dry and naturally creates oil to overcompensate. If you take care of your skin correctly and keep a good balance of the two, you will see drastic changes.
The below products are ones I use everyday and have become obsessed with! I of course added some options of things that are in my cabinet, but I have never been more happy with how my skin looks! I’ve been receiving so many compliments saying that I am glowing and feel so confident in my own skin. My routine consists of different price points, for both that “Blonde on a Budget”, as well as the “Platinum Blonde”.

A little goes a long way since this foams up. Takes off all my makeup and leaves me feeling clean.
Face Spray Toners
I use the below after I wash my face to remove any excess dirt or makeup and make sure I am squeaky clean! I also use these throughout the day to make sure my face stays hydrated and my makeup doesn’t look cakey.
This smells AMAZING!
Face Masks/ Treatments
A great spot treatment for when I have a stubborn pimple.
This is a face mask but I use it as a moisturizer. You can use it as a face mask by putting a lot on your face and let it sit and soak in or dab it off after 10 minutes. I use a lighter layer for moisturizer and finds it keeps my skin looking and feeling hydrated without making me too oily throughout the day.
